Tate Liverpool - A bit of primary research.

During my trip to Liverpool over the weekend I visited the Tate Gallery, Which is just next to the Albert docks so it was really lovely to visit, especially on such a lovely day. It wasn't planed for us to go into the Tate gallery as I don't really know Liverpool that well, But being such a art fanatic I had to go have a look around and see what was on. Not a lot was on which could support my project, Apart from one little sculpture based on the planets. 

  
This sculpture supports part of my project, The space themed structure also supports an idea I had for my exhibition which is to use the planets and space to create a hanging which hangs needle felted planets which myself will create. I really like this sculpture it is simple and yet has a beautiful meaning behind it.

I really enjoyed my time in Liverpool and totally fell in love with the city, maybe that was because the weather was lovely! If you have never been you should go check it out.
